Each capability is sold the same way: a fixed-price audit establishes the baseline, a fixed-scope pilot proves one process, and only then does anything scale. You can stop after any stage and keep everything produced up to that point.

We take a process your team repeats every day — invoice matching, ticket triage, order entry, claim intake — and automate the steps a person currently performs by hand. The system reads the messy input, applies your rules, updates the system of record, and escalates anything it is not confident about. Nothing is automated on the strength of a demo: we measure the current baseline first, then measure the same way after go-live.

Custom AI agents

Agents that read your documents, call your APIs, and complete a defined task with a full audit trail.

An agent is given a goal, a bounded tool list, and a hard stop where a person must approve. It reads unstructured input — email, PDF, free text — decides which system to call, and completes the task. Every run records its inputs, the tools it used, its output, and the approver. Scope is deliberately narrow: a small agent that reliably closes one loop is worth more than a general assistant nobody trusts with production data.

The operating layer sits on top of the systems you already run and gives every agent one authenticated way to read and write, one place where permissions are defined, and one log. It is built on your existing stack — there is no rip and replace, and no new system of record.

Automation that nobody maintains degrades quietly. Models change, upstream formats drift, and volumes move. We run scheduled evaluation against a held-out set, watch accuracy and escalation rates, apply model and prompt updates behind the same tests, track cost per process, and send a monthly report of what the agents did, what they escalated, and what they got wrong.
