Enterprise AI automation

Put the repetitive work on AI agents

We automate the processes your team repeats every day — invoice matching, support triage, CRM updates, recurring reports — and extend them into one AI operating layer across your ERP, CRM, and internal tools.

Every engagement starts with a fixed-price audit and a fixed-scope pilot of four to eight weeks, measured against metrics agreed before we build. You decide whether to scale using results from your own processes.

Where the market actually is

40%

of enterprise applications are forecast to ship with task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026, up from under 5% in 2025.

88%

of organisations report using AI in at least one business function.

23%

have scaled an agentic system beyond a pilot. That gap between trying AI and running it is where we work.

Almost every organisation has tried AI. Few have anything in production a business owner would miss if it stopped tomorrow. Closing that gap — pilot to production — is the whole of what we do.

01What we build

From one workflow to an operating layer

Four capabilities, in the order most organisations need them.

We begin by automating a single process end to end, then connect those automations to your core systems so they share data, permissions, and one audit log. Most clients start with one workflow and add the operating layer once the first pilot has proved its numbers.

S-01

AI workflow automation

One high-volume, rule-heavy process automated end to end, with humans keeping sign-off on exceptions.

S-02

Custom AI agents

Agents that read your documents, call your APIs, and complete a defined task with a full audit trail.

How it works

S-03

AI operating layer

A connected layer across ERP, CRM, helpdesk, and file storage so agents share one view of your data.

How it works

S-04

Managed AI operations

Monitoring, accuracy evaluation, model and prompt updates, cost tracking, and a monthly report.

02How we work

Audit, pilot, then scale

Small commitment first. Nothing scales until a measured pilot says it should.

The pilot is the decision point. Nothing scales until measured results from your own processes say it should.

01

AI audit

About 2 weeks · fixed price

We interview the teams doing the work, map the processes, count the hours each one consumes, and check whether the data behind them is usable. You get a ranked shortlist with an estimated payback for each candidate and a costed plan for the first pilot. The document is yours to keep whether or not you continue.

02

Fixed-scope pilot

4–8 weeks · fixed price

One process, built and running in your environment, measured against success metrics agreed before we write any code — hours saved, cycle time, error rate, cost per transaction. The scope does not move mid-build. If the pilot misses its metrics you have the evidence to stop, and the cost of stopping is small by design.

03

Scale

Phased

We extend what worked to adjacent processes and connect the shared operating layer. Access control, logging, evaluation, and rollback are in place before volume increases, not retrofitted after an incident. Each new process is still scoped and measured individually.

04

Managed ops

Ongoing retainer

The running of what is live: monitoring, accuracy checks, model and prompt changes, cost control, and improvements as your processes change. You receive a monthly report of what ran, what was escalated to a person, and what it cost.

03Security & trust

Built for your security review

What we do with your data, and what we will not claim.

Your data is processed through enterprise endpoints with training disabled, agents hold least-privilege access, and every action is logged. We complete your security questionnaire and sign a data processing agreement before any system is connected.

Your data never trains public models

We use enterprise API endpoints with training on your inputs disabled, and we contract for it in writing. Your documents, customer records, and prompts are not used to improve anyone's model, ours included.

Least-privilege access

Every agent receives scoped, revocable credentials to only the systems its task requires, read-only wherever writing is not needed. Access is reviewed at each scale step rather than granted once at go-live and forgotten.

Audit trail on every action

Each run records its inputs, the tools it called, the output it produced, and who approved it. Any decision can be reconstructed after the fact, which is what auditors and regulators ask for first.

We do not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any other security certification, and we will not imply otherwise. Read the full security page.

04FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the first call

Short, direct answers. The full list is on the FAQ page.

What is AI workflow automation?

AI workflow automation uses AI to complete steps in a business process that previously needed a person — reading a document, deciding how to classify it, and updating a system. Unlike a fixed script it handles messy inputs such as emails, PDFs, and free text, and escalates the cases it is not confident about instead of guessing.

How are AI agents different from RPA?

RPA follows a fixed script and breaks when a screen, form, or file format changes. An AI agent works from the goal, reads unstructured input, chooses which tool or API to call, and adapts to variation. RPA suits stable, high-volume clicking; agents suit judgement-heavy work. Many real processes use both, and we will say which fits.

What does AI automation cost?

Pricing depends on scope, so we quote after the audit. The AI audit is a fixed price and stands alone. A pilot covering one process is quoted as a fixed price once scope is agreed, and ongoing operations run on a monthly retainer. You always have a firm written number before work starts.

How long does implementation take?

The audit takes about two weeks. A first pilot goes live in four to eight weeks depending on how many systems it touches and how clean the data is. Scaling to further processes is faster because the integrations and access controls already exist. None of this requires a year-long programme.

Is our data secure?

Your data is processed through enterprise API endpoints with training on your inputs disabled, contracted in writing. Agents hold least-privilege, revocable access to only the systems they need, every action is logged, and changes to money or records require human approval. We hold no security certification and do not claim one.
